Paddy Pimblett receives stupid haircut threat after watching former training partner get knock
It didn’t take long for Paddy Pimblett to get called out at UFC London.
‘The Baddy’ was sitting cageside to watch his former training partner Danny Roberts take on Jonny Parsons in the featured preliminary bout at the 02 Arena on Saturday night.
Parsons, who earned a contract on the Dana White’s Contender Series in October 2021, made his promotional debut nearly two years later against ‘Hot Chocolate’.
‘The Sluggernaut’ stretched his winning streak to six as he enjoyed a massive second round, hurting Roberts on multiple occasions before their fight was called off.
After knocking out an English fighter on home soil, Parsons used his post-fight moment on the mic to try to set up a scrap with one of the country’s most popular MMA stars.

Pimblett hasn’t fought since stretching his perfect UFC record to 4-0 in December with a unanimous decision win over Jared Gordon on the promotion’s final pay-per-view card of the year.
Many people, including Joe Rogan and Nate Diaz, disputed his latest win.

Despite being frustrated and wanting a rematch with Gordon, Pimblett has been unable to set the record straight due to a leg injury he suffered in the fight.
It’s currently unclear if he will return to the Octagon in 2023.
Ahead of UFC London, the 28-year-old refused to provide a timeline for his next fight but did name a top 15 lightweight as his preferred opponent.
"I’m just waiting to see when I come back,” Pimblett said. “
"Obviously, [Matt] Frevola is a nice one. He called me out — but I think about 12 people called me out in a post-fight interview. We’ll see what happens in the future.”
